Hi, friends. Okay, are you ready for this? Welcome to the trifecta of joy. What? Yes, yes, the trifecta of joy. I can't even believe it. We are into Season Two. Thank you. Thank you for being on this journey. Thank you for just being you. Thank you for listening. along this path we have been unstacking are what the fuck, and we're going to continue to and how we've been doing it. As we've moved through the last, I can't even believe it's 35 episodes. It's been about creating awareness, and befriending our inner critic and raising our vibration. And that my friend is the trifecta of joy. And so moving forward, yeah, we're going to continue to be raw and real. And yes, there are going to be expletives. And we're actually even going to have an episode talking about the vibration of expletives. So stay tuned for that. The bottom line, this has been our podcast, and I say our podcast, because to me, my experience of this is that this is not mine, it is ours. It is it is the ability for us to share space, and information and insight and energy, and hold one another and help one another through life. And when I say help, I talk specifically to my acronym, although I don't really believe that I made it up, I believe it was kind of given to me. But the acronym if you will, of honor, empathy, love and presence. And so moving forward, the trifecta of joy is very similar to what we've already been doing with a different title. And it is about awareness, befriending your inner critic, raising your vibration, and your own adventure of self love. By way of honor, empathy, love and presence. And so this podcast has been, you know, a real journey of sharing stories and insights and learning from so many beautiful souls on this planet. And being able to share them with one another. And that's going to continue. And so we're going to continue to have amazing people on the show, we're going to continue to talk about real stuff. We're going to continue to unstuck and live with more awareness. And and truly understand that it's okay to be friends. That's right. Turn a friend into your inner critic. No, whoa. Turn your inner critic into a friend. Wow. And we're going to have perfectly imperfect moments just like that one, okay. Because that's life, and life doesn't get edited. We actually do move through life. And when we make mistakes, we can own them. And when we have great, beautiful, amazing things happening for and with us, we can celebrate them. And we can bring life into the form that it's meant to be authentically. And this podcast you know, I know I, I understand that. This space is just a little tiny listening spec. But if the spec arrives on your ears, and it creates even just the littlest bit of inspiration, if it inspires hope for you, and by hope, I mean, it inspires action, where you start to build your own awareness and befriend your own inner critic and raise your vibration. Then the speck has been worth it. So I'm a speck in your speck and we're all Making our ways as specs, that we have the ability to bring it into form. So let's talk about bringing it into form. I, ironically, not, ironically enough, actually pulled the card before, it was time for me to have this conversation with you. And the card I pulled, was bring it into form. And so let's talk about what is coming into form. I am a dreamer. And I started this year with three juicy goals, those juicy goals were first to start a podcast, this, this juicy goal was to share with you space, and love and inspiration. And it's happening. My second juicy goal was a book. And so I contributed to a compilation book for International Women's Day. And it was amazing. And a beautiful step into putting my authentic self out there. And now I am so excited and scared. So you can hold those emotions together, let's be clear about that I am so excited and scared, which by the way, feel the same in your belly, it just feels terney even as I'm talking about this, to share with you that the trifecta of joy is also coming into form that will be able to be held in your hands or read on your e reader or listened to, by way of audio book in the future. So what is going on? I can't, I am so grateful to share with you that the trifecta of joy is a book that we have created together on this beautiful adventure. And it's real. So late November, early December, in time for Christmas, because everyone needs joy, everyone deserves joy. I have my book coming out the trifecta of joy, helping yourself in a world of change. And it's simple, it's simple. It's a combination of my own stories and moving through what the fuck and, and learning how to create joy and love, self. And it is about you. So it takes some of my stories because they're wild and crazy and interesting and real and raw, and shows you a path forward to building your own awareness and befriending your inner critic and raising your vibration. And I am so excited by the possibilities. And and the cool thing is, is that when I say I'm excited about the possibilities, I'm excited about the possibilities for you. And what it could potentially mean for you, too, to live with more joy. And I am so excited by this. Because we have we've gone through so much change and and so often I observe and feel that people are struggling and they're hurt. And we can help one another in two ways. We can try and fix it. Or we can provide honor, empathy, love and presence for another. But the bottom line is, is if we don't have it for ourselves, we end up pouring from an empty bucket. So it's about your own experience of your life. And that's what we're doing here. That's what we've been doing and what we continue to do.
