Breaking Through Emotion with Michael Losier

What if trapped emotions are getting in the way of what you truly desire in life?  In this episode I host Michael Losier, best-selling author of Law of Attraction. Today’s subject is the power of vibration and how old negative emotions can hold us back from what we truly desire in life. 

Positive emotions = Positive vibes and Negative emotions = Negative vibes

Michael uses a modality called Emotion Code Clearing to help clients move beyond their trapped and sometimes unknown emotions that have been holding them back, so they can continue to attract more of what they want in life!   These emotions may be causing physical pain, mental and mindset challenges and negative triggers, and he finds them and clears them!

In this episode Michael demonstrates emotion code clearing as my proxy, and deletes a couple of emotions he pin-points as a challenge standing in my way.  This is an incredible demonstration of his ability to identify and release old negative emotions on his client's behalf, even when they are unaware of what is holding them back. He’s goooooood!

Michael Losier:

Four times yeah.

Tanya Gill:

And then you are also on like the Oprah and friends radio show for like a year. Is that right on

Michael Losier:

it? I had my own. I had my own show on the Oprah network. Oh, see? Reo.

Tanya Gill:

Oh my gosh, see, he had his own show. His own show Oprah and friends. There it is. There's Oh, there's you right

Michael Losier:

there and look at the company. My Angelou. Oprah jail. Dr. Oz all these people then Michael O'Shea from Gilligan's Island from Canada.

Tanya Gill:

That is so amazing. So yes, Gilligan's Island Canada. That's the other thing. That's really great. Michael is you two are Canadian. We live in Victoria, right?

Michael Losier:

Yeah, Victoria, Vancouver Island and America timer on there. And I moved to BC when I was 25. And I developed everything. When I got here, my whole life changed. And which led me to, you know, three books and being interviewed by Oprah four times having my own radio channel for a year on Oprah selling 4 million books in 37 languages. And I still got to stay on the island.

Tanya Gill:

That's let slip that thinking 4 million books in 37 languages just

Michael Losier:

in law of attraction doesn't include those other two. And I will tell you,

Tanya Gill:

this book Law of Attraction is so good. And the way that you and I actually got connected first was actually through a mutual friend who told me about your law of attraction seminars, and I went to and I joined one of your seminars and took one of your classes. And what I loved was, I loved all of it. But today I want to talk about the Emotion Code stuff. Because one of the things that you offer people in your course, is Emotion Code clearing. Yeah. And so a lot of people are like, Okay, well, we all have emotions, right? We all have emotions. And sometimes, and this is why I wanted to have you on here. Sometimes we get so stuck in our emotion, right. And with the trifecta of joy, I talked about awareness, befriending your inner critic and raising your vibration. And it is so aligned with the work that you do. And yet we can still find ourselves stuck in these heavy emotions that almost feel like they're immobilizing. Us.

Michael Losier:

Yes. Beautiful. Now, I'm a trainer, which means I like to train people. And being a good trainer means I'm using accelerated learning techniques. My second book is all about how to teach and how to teach you the four styles. I actually use the information in my second book to write the first book, you'll notice that my book style, it's got worksheets, it's got cartoons, it's got characters, it's got check, all styled love my book, and most people are gonna be men. They'll say, Oh, I really liked your book I like it's like you wrote a gesture me. And everyone's saying that, except that people that like really thick books. So I'm going to give a little Law of Attraction training, and you'll see how this is the, you know, the joy factor that you're talking about? What Why is it? Why is it effective? And how can we change that? Okay, so first, law of attraction is pretty an easy definition. And, and you know, whatever the vibe is that you're sending, you get more of it. And each of us in my book, I call it the vibrational bubble. You know, this isn't your rod. But we do have this, this bubble around us. So if I'm ticked off and angry and disappointed, that's my vibe. And if I'm feeling love and appreciation, gratitude, that's my vibe. My point is right now and right now and right now, everybody has a vibe, you cannot not have one. Okay, so I got a vibe, what's the big deal? Well, the big deal is that law of attraction is this energy around you. It's ease dropping, that means it's, it's responding to your vibe. By matching it. That's the definition to words matches vibration. So we're sending a negative vibe about something law of attraction is a smart, it's not a brain, it's energy. It's responding to your vibe by giving you more of the same look at the last sentence. Positive or negative, positive or negative. Okay, so we understand that some people say, Oh, I've had that before, where I tracted something negative and something else negative in the day when the day got worse and worse. Right. So now I want us to I'm going to introduce a term and it's called the vibrational meter reader. And it's like a thermostat. And look, it goes way to the negative zeros, all the way to high vibes, right, your vibrational meter reader, so let's break down the word vibration vibe. So this is the five meter and what's the vibe meter? Well, it's a vibe is really your feeling. So this is really a feeling meter reader. You know what this really is your feelings. Either they're really loud and negative, or they're really high in

Tanya Gill:

vibration. And those are your emotions. That's right. So

Michael Losier:

our natural ideal place on the dial is right there. So what lowers positive vibration? This is This is today's subject. What lowers positive vibration on your vibrational meter reader?

Tanya Gill:

Negative emotions, negative emotions. So

Michael Losier:

let's just say the balance of your life is beautiful relationships and money's customers and clients and signs and you don't we, most people have had that sample or been there. And you would say, Boy, you could say now live or high on the dial. And then you have a negative experience over here with a customer or client or money or something. Now that one event has now contaminated your overall vibration. So your vibration, which is a naturally at 100 is now lowered. And the only thing that lowers your vibe positive vibration is negative vibration. And all of a sudden, now you're down in you, but now we're down into 50. And how do you know you'll always have a lower vibration? You can tell the how you feel. And why it's important for us to want to have a high vibration is because of the eavesdropper in the room called law of attraction. And it doesn't know why you're on 50 or 20, or 100. It's simply going to match it. Yes. So wouldn't it make sense to deliberately have a high vibration, and while you're having a high vibration Law of Attraction matches it. And while you have a high vibration, you might end up losing friends that are on a low vibration, hashtag Bye, bye. You know why? Cuz they won't match anymore. We've all had that. Imagine if we stayed connected to everybody we were or we'd be all over, you know, we'd have to lower it for Betty and Bob and hired for this. You know what, pick a dial and stay there. This is my fingers and my dial, that's where I'd stay there. And I have to do things to stay there. That means watching what I listen to a lot watching, when I talk about what I'm giving attention to how long observing negative thing all of that very deliver, right? That's how you have a negative vibe. And what is the payoff of having a negative vibe. You attract stuff really fast that match it. So I talk to you about what you're talking the trifecta of joy. Listen, this is why you want to be enjoyed not just for being joyful, but for being high on the vibration. Because when you're there, you can attract stuff fast. Because it's 10 times the speed at which you attract all those things that you want is equal to how much negative vibration you have. It's the negative vibration that's diluting the positive vibration of your desire. That's why you want to get rid of negative vibes.

Tanya Gill:

And that's what you do through Emotion Code clear.

Michael Losier:

That's right. So we're gonna move on to that now. So my book Law of Attraction teaches people how to change their vibe through their words. Just a quick little sample, I'd be remiss if I didn't teach people, you know this, and you probably hear your voice saying Oh, right.

Tanya Gill:

Yes, don't not, uh, no.

Michael Losier:

So what do I want? In other words, every time we talk about what we don't want, we just gave attention to something negative. And as I give anything attention to causes me to include it, and when I include it, it gets lower. So here's everyone's tool and homework, write it down. Every time you use the word don't not to know say this forest, Tanya.

Tanya Gill:

So what do I want?

Michael Losier:

That's right. All I don't want my clients to cancel, what do I want? I don't want people that don't have any money to hire me, what do I want? I want clients that expect and love to pay me to hire me. You see, when you go from what you don't want to what you do want the words change. And when the words change, you know what else is changes, the vibration changes. When the words change, the vibration changes and when the vibe and then the vibration goes higher. I'm going to complete with this sentence, I'm going to talk about releasing them. The best way to become more positive is to become less negative. It's a math equation. You want to raise your people say, Oh, you're in the business to make people positive. I know it sounds like that. I'm in the business to help people become less negative. And when I remove their negative vibrations or natural default gets risen. So yes, if you're in Yes, yes, yes. Okay, so good. So my my bridge to releasing negative emotions because, boy, if I can help you change your vibe through your words, and then I can also delete them for you. Hello, I'm your new best friend.

Tanya Gill:

Right and, and the thing about this, though, that is interesting, Michael is that I have had Emotion Code sessions with you in the past. And so you know, it's it's one of those things where new layers kind of can come up and new emotions while

Michael Losier:

they're not that so much Lavers has events, like I could delete the events, and I'm gonna delete the emotions around something for you. And then you might, that's gone forever, something new might come up, but it won't be a repeat of what we worked on because it got deleted, even with physical pain. If we meet again, we're tuning up a little bit left over, but is that what you mean by that?

Tanya Gill:

Yeah, well, yeah. So I mean, for example, you know, in the past, one of the things that you and I worked on was a fear around being seen. Right. And, and well, actually, I am being seen now. So I, so it has, you know, to a certain degree has worked, sometimes I still find myself fearful of being seen.

Michael Losier:

Yeah, we loosened that up, then, you know, when you when, when you take when you talk about how relevant that change was to the amount of time we put on it, maybe two minutes. You know, the goal is always the first goal working with me is to loosen up the problem. And when we loosen up the problem, we start to see evidence. If I can find you something to show here, right. I'm going to show you this little foxy you know, this faucet, right? If I want to get more results, I need to loosen up this right now is a guaranteed to turn it all the way on in the first meeting. No, because we've got this I got to work on people's doubts, their negative vibes. And this is I'm going to work with you today, I'm going to delete negative emotions that are causing this negative stoppage from what you want. So you explain to me what it is. And then we're going to walk through and show our friends online.

Tanya Gill:

Okay, so the the negative emotion that is holding me back is actually just associated with past memories that are coming back that are like kind of holding on to me, and making me feel like it's harder to move forward.

Michael Losier:

Yeah. Can you think of a specific event that occurred or? Or just overall your? Yeah,

Tanya Gill:

yeah, it's, I mean, there's a series of events, most of them are related.

Michael Losier:

Yeah. So that's why earlier I said, don't try to figure out where it's coming from. That's my job. You tell me what the symptom is. I'm too shy to do this. I have negative thoughts about that. I talked myself out of volunteering and going on stage. So try that again, for me.

Tanya Gill:

Okay. Okay. Just like, just keep it super simple.

Michael Losier:

Yeah. What is the problem? Okay, not where you think you got it.

Tanya Gill:

Okay, so the problem is that I get stuck in a fear loop.

Michael Losier:

Okay, and when does that happen? Often? No, I don't mean, I don't mean timing. When does it happen when you go to do what?

Tanya Gill:

When I go to work on growing my business,

Michael Losier:

okay, beautiful, okay. And it could be for somebody else, when I go to point a plant a family, when I want to go to plan a vacation, right? So it's the go to for the good. Okay, so for those of you watching, here's what I'm gonna do, I have the ability to connect with my client. And in this example, not example, in this case, I'll be connecting with perineum. And it's called proxy. In other words, I'm going to become her proxy, what does that what does it proxy? Do? They do it for you? How convenient. Hey, Michael, would you do this for me, please, because I don't know how fast I guess I can. So number one, I want to be your proxy. Just like if I was going to dial into your computer, that's kind of being your proxy, I'd fix it. Right before it could dial into your computer, you'd want to give me permission, right? You say, Okay, you're gonna dive into my computer. So when people volunteer, they're given me permission. So you're giving me permission to become your proxy? These are two things. Yes, what I'm going to do is I'm going to use muscle testing. I have to find out right behind me this motion code chart. On this emotion code chart, there's 60 emotions, and one or two of them are old, that you hadn't experienced. That's that kind of triggers you right? You and I will say we have baggage or we that this is baggage, you know, these emotions are a bag is? So I'm going to be using muscle testing. And that's I'm going to do I'm going to use my own fingers. I'm going to say that's a yes. That's a no, no. Am I Michael lotia? Yes. Am I Tanya? No. So I'm not going to be guessing anything. When I become tourney's proxy, her brain is going to tell them my brain going to tell my fingers, which one it is. And just like if I was going to fix your computer bug in your computer, you'd expect me to do what with the bug when I find it, delete. And just like this magnet would delete it on your computer and your computer, that this is the only thing that can dilute this baseball sized energy. And because I'm your proxy, I'm able to delete it for you, but I also don't want to take it on. So imagine and when I'm going to be doing this, I'm just going to take the magnet And what I'm doing is I'm stopping from I'm just, it's go it's, it's dissipating like a bath bomb. Okay, and you might feel it happening. Okay, so the process is called releasing negative emotions. And that's exactly what I'm doing. Now right now I have a little protocol that I'm connecting with Tanya on it. Remember the days of AOL or go? E? I'm doing that right now in my head, connecting with Tanya. So am I, Tanya, that's a no. There I am now. Am I Michael? lotia? No, am I Tanya? Yes. Okay. So here's my first question. You know, I was telling Michael about. You know, I'm using the words I was stuck in a fear, though. Yes. You know, thinking about going my business and taking the next step and doing more of this and more on that. And, and big Gaston, lots of this big projects, and what are all the emotions that are coming up as I'm hearing it, and that are stopping me out of all these emotions? How many are causing this? Over one? Yes. Over two? Oh, it's not over two? Is that under two? So it's two. So I have two emotions on this chart that are stopping me from developing and creating and stepping up and building and moving forward? Yes, I gotta find them. See how there's two columns A and B, A and B? Are there any in column A? What's the answer? No. Are there any in column B? There is? Is it row one? Row two? row three? No, well, four, no, row five. Or they Bolson? Ro five. So box, a five the rate here? Okay, I got the chart in front of me. All right. So

Tanya Gill:

a five says, blaming dread fear or or?

Michael Losier:

I think it was before? Is it a font? It's B five, I just said a five. But as before, so there's two of them out? I'll find out which ones you're but you can see which ones they are B five?

Tanya Gill:

Depression for us. Oh, sorry. Conflict, creative insecurity, terror, unsupported and wishy washy.

Michael Losier:

Right. So there's two emotions in this box that are the problem. I'm gonna find out what they are. Is it conflict? What's the answer? No, it's not conflict. Is it creative insecurity? Yes, it is. So I'm deleting this energy called Creative insecurity. And it's insecurity that arises when I want to create something or develop something or expand or get something new or build or develop relationships, friendships, programs, or writing or artwork, or anything to do with creation, I'm deleting this creative insecurity. It also is the one that creates procrastination, right? Why do we procrastinate, we don't want to get it wrong. So we don't get started. So I'm deleting this creative insecurity. And the next one, feeling unsupported. So I'm deleting this energy called unsupported. So before today, what was this feeling that I was having? What was the severity of this feeling that I was having about kind of stepping up and moving forward? And, you know, you know, developing and getting a flip chart out? And I'm going to do this and I'm develop this and this is three months and six, like just getting really into all this development. Before today? What was Blockly stopping that development from one to 10 1234567? And now it's 10 987-654-3210. So is it okay for me to plot and plan and develop areas to be creative in areas to make money in areas to network and areas for this and areas for that and develop a plan? Is it okay for me to plan my work and work? My plan? It is? Is that okay? Is it safe? Am I worthy? And do I believe it? Yes. And am I done? Yes. I'm just going to disconnect. Now, when I work with somebody's physical pain, they can say yes, I can feel it right away. So for you think, tell me what you're thinking now about picking next steps and developing I'll give you a minute to digest what just happened. And then you can ask your question, or tell me what you want to say.

Tanya Gill:

Well, and that is so interesting, because, you know, the creative insecurity is yeah, that I think that that's been a piece of of my experience without question. Although I hadn't thought about it as creative insecurity. I thought about it as fear related to different other aspects.

Michael Losier:

Well, we don't use a lot of words on the chart. We use fear when we use anxiety, sometimes panic, but you'd never say creative insecurity. Or we would never just say I feeling insecure about that. We would call it fear. I have fear when the truth is it could be insecurity, right? But I know words well, I know all 60 like the back of my hand so I can help you slice and dice it

Tanya Gill:

but me and so. Sorry, go ahead.

Michael Losier:

I was gonna say having a physical sensation of anything feeling different.

Tanya Gill:

Yeah, actually, you know what, I feel a lot more relaxed. Like I feel my body feels less tense, more at ease. and just more comfortable, like I just feel much more comfortable in my own skin right now.

Michael Losier:

That's right. And remember, every emotion that I deleted was the size of a baseball. So imagine, you know, 2030 being removed, your body's like, Oh, God, I thank you get rid of that negative. It's like getting rid of the negative people at the party, right? Like, okay, you got rid of the negative people, everybody spread out, we can spread out now. So you're feeling some relief of all that baseball size tension inside? Excel. It was a great experience. Thank you for letting me demonstrate to your friends.

Tanya Gill:

Well, thank you so much for demonstrating to our our viewers and our listeners. So, Michael, now you do this work for people as individuals as well, virtually Yep. Yep. And you do it virtually just like, you know, like with our recording the podcast? Yeah. So so how, what is the best way for people to get in touch with you? Well,

Michael Losier:

my website is releasing negative emotions.com. There's a little video just kind of a mini version, what I did with you. But most importantly, there's a menu of 100 items that I help people with most of them are physical, everything from a stomach issues, to bowel issues, to pain issues, and heartburn and sore back and neck and restless leg, all of it is an emotion that's stuck in that energy field. And then I work with a lot of mental challenges like anxiety, and shame and guilt and feelings. So some are physical and some are in the headspace, to somewhere in the body space. But the manual will show you, you know, people, people shot through it, and people book to 25 minute sessions. And I can usually do seven or eight significant things in those two meetings, everything from lifelong pain someone's had from 25 years to old belief systems about whatever. So check out the list and my punches, you'll find, you'll find enough to make the meal,

Tanya Gill:

make a meal exactly right. That's the menu, we'll find enough to make a meal. And it doesn't all just have to, like you said, it doesn't have to all be physical or emotional, it can get calm.

Michael Losier:

And that can also work on people's children. You might say, some one of my kids is so misbehaved or he has, you know, he has anger issues, or my daughter's two shines that she's not friendly. And that's all emotion. So without the children being present, I'd work with the mom or dad or guardian, connect with the child and ask those questions. What's causing me to be so angry with the world or, you know, so Shire get ticked off with my potatoes touched my peas, you know, that it's all emotions that are all triggered. So

Tanya Gill:

that's amazing. That is so awesome. Michael, I know that our listeners are going to be wowed by you. But you know, I will, I will make sure that there's a link in the show notes so that people can get in touch with you and so they can have some clearings themselves. Yeah, for sure. After that experience, it's so interesting like that, that it became about creative insecurity and feeling unsupported. Because that was like, yeah, that that landed. And yet I never would have said that those were the words, right, I said, I've felt fear

Michael Losier:

whether or not everyday language is one of the most important emotions on the chart. The key to the emotion is this word, it a rock towards it arises. It arises when you go to create or develop something. So it's not present right now. But oh, I want to write a book right in front of me. And that insecurity says you're going to get it wrong, you're not going to get it right, you're going to make a mistake, but are not started better not do it better not talk about it, better not engage in it. You'll have a story for me. If I want to update your success in the in the post, I give after your session,
